Mr. McMillan has extensive experience in conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, comprehensive asbestos and lead surveys, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments, asbestos and lead abatement specification development and consulting, subsurface investigations and soil remediation (incineration, landfill and bioremediation) projects. He works closely with commercial lenders, real estate developers, appraisers, attorneys and other clients concerned with past and current land uses of real estate properties. Mr. McMillan’s investigations have been used to support loan underwriting, as part of due-diligence for property transactions, to document current site conditions, and to provide focus for subsequent investigations.

Mr. Paxton performs environmental due diligence services, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Level II Subsurface Investigations, Level III Remedial activities. Areas of specific subsurface soil/groundwater compliance experience consist of underground storage tank (UST) removal and documentation, Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) compliance, Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) management, and extensive field activities associated with each of these areas. Additional areas of specific experience consist of multiple Phase I ESA, comprehensive asbestos surveys, and several hybrid scope assessments involving some combination of these areas. Target properties managed by Mr. Paxton include industrial complexes, retail centers, multi-family structures, undeveloped land, and agricultural properties. He works in conjunction with attorneys, real estate developers, commercial lenders, and other clients concerned with past land uses of real estate. Mr. Paxton’s investigations have been used to support loan underwriting, as part of due-diligence for property transactions, to document current site conditions, and to provide focus for subsequent investigations.
